I bought a white plastic oval picnic table at Family Dollar Store that had been marked down to $8 from the original $20 because of a 2 inch chunk missing out the side skirt.
I cut holes large enough to hold my deli cups around the table using my dremel tool.
I also enlarged the umbrella hole in the center to about 4 inches.
I put an empty bin under the center hole and drop bait cups in the 10 cup holder holes (the bait cup rims hold em in the table during sorting ).
I then pour out a couple cu feet of worms and compost on the table and pick and count to the 10 cups and brush the compost and not big nuff for bait worms through the center hole into the empty tote bin.
If sorting castings, I put other bins with fresh bedding under the open cup holes and separate all the worms and visible cocoons into the nearest cup holes and sweep the cleaned 99% worm free compost into the center hole and holding bin.
When one separating, I stow my bins then use my handheld butlers broom and pan to clear the table top and wipe it down with a rag to be ready for the next use.
I then take the four legs out of the holes and put them and the 30 x 50 inch table back in the box and store it against the wall out of the way.
Using this modified white picnic table I can load 50 cups of bait in about an hour without feeling rushed. Using a cheap $10 wooden bar stool I can sit while doing it to and sort worms like a Vegas dealer tossing cards.
My table and stool paid for itself the first day I packed 200 cups of bait for a local fishing day camp operator.
