First time worm grower... hi!

Hi everyone

I have been wanting to try vermicomposting for a long time now, just got my first pound of worms today. I put them in a rubbermaid with vent holes, shredded newsprint, and a few cut up potatoes and cornmeal. They came in a good amount of bedding/castings, so I'm excited to see what happens with them

Anyway, just wanted to say hi, and I'm glad to have found this forum! There's a lot more to this than I thought (which is wonderful, I love learning about these types of things).
