Genus and species for "Dutch wigglers"?

(I posted this to the wrong thread so am trying again)
Does anyone know what genus/species "Dutch wigglers" are? Are they ENC? I bought some at a bait store but the grower hasn't returned my call as to what species they are? Are they Eisenia hortensis? Is there a good reference URL for species identification?

Some wormer decided to copyright or whatever the name (not sure what to call my mind just went blank. )so in order to use the name EUROPEAN NIGHT CRAWLER you need his permission so people are calling them DUTCH NIGHTCRAWLERS
AKA: BELGIUM RED WORMS I may be wrong but Im pretty sure they are the same.
