Well. I haven't included the lime in my fattener, but I do use the corn mea/dry milk or even plain corn meal or dry milk for fattener. Works pretty good. The corn meal also encourages egg laying.

What do worms think about chicken poo? As I seem to be short on rabbits but knee deep in chickens.

Chicken manure needs to be leached of the amonia and pre composted first to reduce heating. Of course with the use of wormer and medication treated animal feeds. all manure should be precomposted anerobically to break down residual wormers or medications that can adversly affect the worms.
While rabbit manure does not preheat as bad as other manures, these days all livestock get wormed and medicated and some residuals will be in the manure.

The rabbit manure from my rabbits drop right down to the worm pit where the worms devour it before it has a chance to pile up.

If you are using a dug pit beneath the rabbit hutches, the worms can retreat to non-toxic areas of the pit if the droppings pose a toxicity issue. While retreated to non toxic areas, microbes, rovers and such will precompost any droppings to reduce toxicity. When toxicity levels are reduced, the worms will advance and consume the residual free droppings.
Many rabbit raisers use catch trays under their hutches as they have slab floored rabbitries. Tray collected wastes should be added to anerobic compost piles prior to introduction to vermicompost bins.
