Has anyone heard of soaking raisins in gin for about 10 days and then eating 7 or 8 of them a day . This is supposed to help with the crippling affect of arthritis. Also placing a bar of soap in your bed this will also help I was thinking of trying it but it just seems strange

tt,
I have never heard of soaking raisins in gin but I would be tempted to try vodka!! Too, I don't think I could "eat just 7 or 8". Maybe if you ate enough the arthritis wouldn't be as noticable!!
I have heard, all my life, of wearing copper jewelry, braclets specifically. Have tried & wear 2 now. They seem to do best once the "green" really gets going! Seems I've read that the copper is absorbed into the skin. Do a google search.
Before you go out & buy one get a piece of romex (solid copper wire for houses) & make a twisted braclet out of it. See what you think!
By the way - what do you feed your praying mantis?? You have my couriosity peeked!!

Hi i tried the copper not really much help. im on heavy meds that are making my stomach bleed so im trying other things. The mantis i got when she was one day old i fed her wingless fruit flys that I raise then she progressed to crickets. But im going to try the raisins worth a try nothing really to lose.
