These may sound like foolish questions, but what method is best to get water to worms? Do they enjoy a bubble bath, a slight sprinkling, a mist? Are they watered regularly or just periodically? How much is too much or not enough?

Hi usally the water is maintained in the bedding . If using newspaper you soak the paper in cold water ring it out and use it as a bedding. Which they also eat. Moisture is very important to worms.

75 to 85% is considered optimal moisture. I try to keep my beddings moist with just a little accumulated puddling on the bin floor.
