I have a combination anerobic /aroebic plot in place with corn , tomatos and jalapenos started in a layer of wormcast and worms over a layer of paper mulch over a layer of fermented sludge and grass.
The temperature of the anerobic layer is currently71 degrees. The temp of the wom casting and seedlings is about 62 dgrees.
The night temperature is 45 degrees now.
I also want to see if the mix of sludge and wine dregs aneroebically heating beneath the raised bed worm layers will benefit the plants with more cO2 concentrations beneath the roots by tempting them to deep root into the lower layer also.
I know I have sen some good plants volunteer in my indoor bins, now to see how intentional planting in an outdoor configuration goes.
