Im looking at buying a sewage sump pump to feed and water with. Right now it takes a day to hand feed and water. I have two 350 gallon tanks. One for water and one for feeding sludge. Now i have not got the sump pump but the guy at the store thought it might work because it is a sewage pump which takes big pieces. Also dont want to much pressure. Can just see it all now spraying all my worms all over with to much pressure anyway if anyone has a better idea please respond.

If its too powerful do like fire departments do and pressure baffle it through an inline tank. Thats why they hook thetruck between the fire hose and the high pessure line

Waiting on a broken down truck bringing my Solar water heater it was supposed to be at my site at 10a m . so have helper setting up one tank with just a garden hose to at least get the watering done at the indoor site while i wait at the outdoor site for the water heater.

I got the water all hooked up but it still takes 2 hours to water. Plus i have to set up 25 more bins this week. Maybe i should set up a watering system. Would have to use a timer or something. any ideas?

update on my feeding . I found this plastic that comes in a roll . It does not have sealed ends. about a 3 in round hole that I can run the food thru. I thought i could cut slits in the plastic and the food would come out or else the worms could go up into the food if they wanted. Anyway it s far less expensive then piping. I was looking a few thousand for that. This was only a couple of hundred. will let you know how it works
